Shawn has been my closest friend since childhood. I’ve been a licensed Chicagoland Realtor for over 8 years and needless to say, when he reached out looking to purchase his first home I was excited to get started. Fortunately for him, his search did not take long as he ended up buying the first home we looked at! It was competitive however, as there were multiple offers we had to beat out. However, by working the contract in a way to make his offer stand out from the others (without being the highest offer even) we got it under contract and and they’ve since closed.
