I met Danielle and Eric late last year as they reached out looking to move along the Wisconsin/Illinois boarder. With the market being as competitive as it was, we were patient viewing homes and tracking prices. After a few months, a beautiful ranch home with an open floor plan, about an acre of land, and a chicken coup hit the market . We wasted no time scheduling a showing and Danielle and Eric quickly knew they wanted to put in an offer. The offer was complex, being contingent on the sale of their current home and the sellers needing an option to “rent back” post closing but the sellers agreed and we soon had a fully executed contract. While no transaction is without its bumps, we handle any issues quickly and calmly, making this transaction as smooth as we could make it. Fast forward to present day and they are happily moved into their new home.
