Eric and Ashley are some of my closest friends. They came to me in late spring looking for a home that would work for both of their work commutes. Pat and his family moved to Illinois from Texas several years back and I helped them rent a home in Glenview. Fast forward to 2023 and Pat reached out looking to purchase a home at some point in the next year. I met Danielle and Eric late last year as they reached out looking to move along the Wisconsin/Illinois boarder.
